Wheely | Passenger Sign Up Redesign

The goal of our Growth Squad Team was to double increase the amount of new passengers registrations and increase their further procession to a first journey. We redesigned and rearranged all the registration flow with the idea that users should fill their personal data only when they have a necessity for it.
First we redesigned sign in form so the key message would be clear and simple. In case when the phone number is incorrect users would always see it, and then could go back and edit it.
If passengers have signed up, chances that they would make a first journey are very high. But we don't ask them to fill payment details until they decide to request a chauffeur.
Adding passengers name seems not necessary step that could be skipped, but it helps to build a better and more personal communication between a chauffeur and a passenger. When chauffeurs arrive they greet passengers by the name. We placed this step at the moment when a passenger is waiting for a chauffeur after the request is made. 
Lastly when the journey is finished we ask passengers to add their email to send a receipt
